Fuel the BLACKBOX

We run on our own bare-metal machine and a private Proxmox cluster, not a commercial host packing in as many servers as it can. 100% of supporter contributions go into the physical hardware and what it costs to keep it running.

FAQ

Questions

Is this a tax-deductible donation?
No. BLACKBOX isn't a registered charity, so these are voluntary supporter contributions toward community hardware. They aren't tax-deductible.
Can I cancel a monthly tier?
Any time, and you keep your perks until the end of the period you've paid for. Use the "manage subscription" link on this page, or ask a Founder in Discord.
I didn't get my Discord role
We match the Discord username you typed at checkout. If it was misspelt, or you weren't in the server yet, open a ticket in Discord and we'll sort it.
Do supporters get gameplay advantages?
No pay-to-win. Perks are cosmetic, early access and queue priority only.
Is my payment secure?
Payments go through Stripe's hosted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
